States Visited: 2 – California and Nevada
National Parks Visited: 2 (Joshua Tree and Death Valley) – this won’t include national forests, national monuments, or other similarly designated areas. Just the Parks with a capital P.

Miles Hiked: 26.7
Hikes Completed: 7
Visitors: 4 – Mama and Papa Swig and the van de Leuv’s!
S’mores Consumed (by Jackie & Ryan): 10
Fish Caught: 2 (by Ryan) – two Brown Trout in the Eastern Sierras!
“Weather Days”: 1 – a huge dust storm in Death Valley
Books Read: 1.5 (by Jackie): What I Know For Sure by Oprah, and half of The Rise of Theodore Roosevelt by Edmund Morris
Flies Tied: 0 – @swigflies is a little behind on production this month, with much of our time distracted by visitors! 😉
Looking forward to April which will bring warm days, some huge hikes in the Grand Canyon and southern Utah, and hopefully lots of fishing!
